Made famous by St. Paul soul sensation, Har Mar Superstar (though he was actually named after the attached mall), this suburban theater has undergone several facelifts over the years to keep up with the megascreen stadium-seated THX-fests popping up in every suburb these days. The front 3 screens are flanked by 2 pairs of restrooms, quite similar in size and cleanliness. However, the north end restrooms had brown sinks while the south end was adorned with blue sinks and heavy wood stall doors.

On a busy Saturday night, things were quite clean save for some sink splash and a few particles of paper towel on the floor. Near the entrance, there is a wall-mounted vending machine dispensing Advil, sour liquid candy drops, and fake cologne (in the awkward event that you forget to wear deodorant for a date) at 50¢ a pop. A snaking doorless entryway saves you from having to touch a door handle – but be careful to avoid collisions from overzealous patrons in a mad rush to not miss the opening credits.
