Pepsi Coliseum

Pepsi Coliseum

Indianapolis, IN

Reviewed April 1st, 2004

If you're at the Coliseum, an old, late-30s era arena, it's either the middle of August at the Indiana State Fair, or the middle of winter, at an Indianapolis Ice game or ice skating. Either way, hope you've got a large bladder! There are several womens restrooms, but the ones by the main entrance are the worst! They are adjacent to a men's locker room, so the pungent odor of sweaty hockey men permeates, the toilet seats are old and dingy, though not necessarily unsanitary. I would recommend squatting. As for decor... well, there isn't any. The walls are cement blocks, lighting is dingy, and you pretty much want to get out as quckly as possible. The only bonuses to this dismal 1939-john are the sink which pours out nice warm water, the good-smelling soap, and your choice of paper towels or air-dyers.
