Quaint nautical themes dominate the restrooms of this restaurant, located a block from Lake Superior. A band of wall paper circumnavigates the restrooms with the precision of a seasoned skipper, depicting boats, gulls and such. Above the sinks, one finds curved lamps rather than the usual rectangular, fluorescent light. Three tiles between two urinals are painted with little houses. The toilets, sinks and urinals all run and flush without producing The Perfect Splash Back, and they're all made with maroon porcelain, a nice change from the usual ivory. You won't find that Van De Camps guy or Davy Jones' locker deep sixed at the bottom of the toilet and, as Martha might say: that's a good thing. Don't be surprised if you feel an urge to break out the yo-ho-ho and a bottle of rum and start belting out an old time sea chantey. But as management might say: ummm... that's not a good thing.
