Crema Cafe
Minneapolis, MN
Reviewed September 9th, 2004
This handmade organic ice-cream shop clad in the shell of an Italian villa contains a single unisex restroom clearly marked on the outside by a "WC" sign. Inside is a single toilet and sink, both appear in great shape and function perfectly. The walls were covered in rich, diagonal-cut tile and a the floor was wonderfully textured. There were a number of other touches which carried through on the idyllic setting of the cafe including several jade plants, a sparse potted tree and a painting of Venice by Louis Seybold. A jovial face sconce hung above the toilet. Patrons may also enjoy the coat-hook on the door and rugged bars mounted to the wall for the handicapped.RESTROOM RATING: 8
