You may not be expecting much from this towering drab affordable housing apartment complex built in the early 70's. That 's just like you. Alsways stereotyping based on outward appearances. I had a feeling this monotonous concrete slab housed something special inside, but still, I was pleasantly surprised at not only the accommodations offered (ahem.. baby changing station) but also the overall cleanliness and condition of everything inside.

Granted, there was nothing to get too excited about here; but these days a spotless sink and clear floor more than enough to conservatively rave about.
