Located just below the famous Pike Place Market, this fetid facility reeked of stale urine and mildew. Thus, you can understand my slight chuckle as I read the "NO LOITERING" sign above the urinals. This site didn't rank high on areas I would like to loiter around.

Also noteable at this location was the soiled black and white tilework which I found ugly yet entertaining. The foyer featured tile silhouettes of a cowboy and cowgirl under the titles MEN and WOMEN.

The women's restroom was quite busy with 10 minute waiting line.
