Stadiums are always faced with the daunting challenge of acommodating thousands of people in a very short amount of time. This restroom does just that... emphasis on the word just. It's about time to face the fact that it's the 21st century. There is no need for trough urinals in developed countries. With the advent of new (hardly) flush technology and water saving fixtures, it hardly seems necessary to utilize a large stainless steel collecting pan for mass excretion.
