This is probably the nicest restroom I've ever been in. It's located in the beautiful and swanky restaurant Cosmos which is located in Block E in downtown Minneapolis. The lighting will make you feel like a movie star. The wood veneer on the stalls and walls is gorgeous. All the plumbing is super high tech European stuff that works so well you don't really notice it. On the weekends, there is an attendant to hand you a real towel - made of linen. The towels are subtley embroidered white on white. This is true class.

This will be the gold standard for me for public bathrooms from now on.
