With a listing in the National Register of Historic Places, this posh restaurant in St. Paul's Cathedral Hill neighborhood features Victorian-era antiquities and unique architecture. The particular unisex bathroom I visited (on the main level near the stairs going downstairs) happened to be quite small and lacking a bit in the antiquities. However, like the restaurant, the atmosphere was pleasant and the experience was enjoyable. Upon facing the toilet, one is greeted with a wonderful 1995 St. Paul Winter Carnival Poster. The walls behind the sink are adorned with several small ornate mirrors which I found more than adequate for any sort of grooming and primping necessary. Another nice touch was the plush rich curtains draping from the sink counter to hide the assortment of plungers (when did it become necessary to have more than one?) underneath.
