The men's room in the basement of STEW (room B-17) is the absolutely most disgusting loo I've ever walked into. The urinals leak, and have been for a few months now. I guess the "plumbers" never heard of wax rings. Seriously, avoid the middle-man and just urinate directly on the floor. Ventilation is almost non-existing, so in the summer, the humidity and funk never go away. I'd give this one a negative rating if it were possible.RESTROOM RATING: 1
