Things were quite clean at this popular soup and sandwich franchise. While not as stylisticly distinguished as the rest of the outfit (in "San Diego sleek chic" mixed with uber-Victorian ornaments), everything was stocked properly and functioned as expected. There was a surprising lack of hi-tech restroom accessories (such as touchless sinks and dryers) save for the Koala baby-changing station in the handicapped stall. No, it's NOT for Koala babies.
