I ventured into this south Minneapolis Mom & Pop diner on a bleak and frigid Sunday in January only to find the restroom equally bleak and frigid. While all fixtures appeared to function properly, it was impossible to ignore the overwhelming lack of heat and I could only be thankful my excretion duties did not involve resting my buttocks on a startlingly cold toilet seat. Also worth noting was the bright pink handsoap color coordinated with the bright pink urinal cake resting on top of the toilet and the strange hole in the wall above the paper-towel dispenser - handily patched with a few pieces of masking tape which nevertheless failed to "mask" the hole.
