St. Paul, MN

Reviewed March 9th, 2004

Learning about aspects of Minnesota´s past can be very engaging (seriously). You may find yourself browsing exhibits on the St. Paul Winter Carnival or the milling industry for several hours before you become cognizant that your bladder is about to rupture. Thankfully this grand institution features clear signs throughout for easily locating the restrooms on each floor.
While each restroom was a bit different (the third floor being the smallest and least impressive) all of them were quite clean and featured a reliable row of toilets and/or urinals, futuristic-looking Sloan electric eye faucets (one of which was quite leaky) and a complex-looking changing table. The second story location also had drinking fountains - bubblers, if you will - and was further separated from the museum by an extra set of plate-glass doors.
