Outdoor restroom, cold, broken valve on the toilet (it wouldn't flush for about five minutes), no coat-hook, nasty-grey colored plastic walls, and no mirror over the sink (though there was a full-length mirror on the wall. I guess they're more concerned with vanity than cleanliness and comfort).

There were three factors that prevented this site from getting a rating of 1: First, there was an air-dryer (though I had to hang my coat on it, so I had to put my coat back on before I could dry my hands). Second, there were no visible remnants of excrement anywhere. Third, the key for the restroom (yes, you have to ask for a key at the counter inside) is attached to a foot and a half long toilet-plunger handle (visible in the photo), which imparts a feeling of safety for the meek (at least you'll be armed should anything try to crawl out of the toilet bowl while you're 'working').
